About The Locksmith Training Providers

The 3 following Locksmith Training schools are all operated by Taylors Locksmiths, a 3rd generation master locksmith-based businesses that have operated a locksmith business since 1948 and have trained locksmiths since 1981. Today the business is over seen my Steven J Taylor master locksmiths (BSc hons). They offer full locksmith business packages along with bespoke one to one locksmith training programs. They stand out from other providers as there training foundation is undertaken at the student’s home. This is called distant learning. The reason for this type of learning is to create a stronger foundation so that when the students attend their hands on training, they understand the tools, the terms used, how locks and hardware operate to the legal and insurance regulations along with fire rated information. This allows the student more time to focus on the hands-on skills rather than trying to retain all the new information that's delved during the hands-on training. This also means the students receive more training for their money and undertake a better learning experience as they are learning by watching videos, reading information and downloading diagrams along with hands on practice at home before they attend a training course. Gateshead Locksmith Training also provide the latest in locksmith tools to each student and many of the business courses come with a stock of hardware and locks along with full business management packages which include a website specifically built and designed for your new locksmith business along with all of your logos and branding. You will also be trained in how to operate your locksmith business along with all the required legal training, marketing, accounting and more.

If you choose the Cornwall and Devon Locksmith Training program, then that training comes with accommodation in a luxury holiday park home for up to 4 people. It is based in Newquay Cornwall and it’s the perfect place to learn and relax and take the family along for some fun and adventure.
